  Safer Aesthetics Membership Terms and Conditions:

  By joining the Safer Aesthetics Membership Programme, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

  1. Confidentiality and Intellectual Property

  • All membership content, including but not limited to training videos, webinars, presentations, documents, templates, guides, downloads, and other educational materials, remains the intellectual property of Safer Aesthetics Training.
  • Members must not copy, distribute, share, reproduce, record, publish, or provide access to any membership content to any individual who is not an active member of the programme.
  • Unauthorised sharing of membership content may result in immediate termination of membership without refund.

  2. Training Discount Eligibility

  • Membership training discounts are only available once the member has completed and paid for at least one full-price training course with Safer Aesthetics Training.
  • Discounts cannot be applied retrospectively to courses already booked or completed.

  3. Personal Membership

  • Membership is granted solely to the named individual who registered for the programme.
  • Membership benefits, including training discounts, resources, webinars, events, and community access, are non-transferable and may not be shared with colleagues, employees, friends, family members, or any other third party.
  • Any misuse of membership benefits may result in suspension or termination of membership.

  4. Cancellation Following Use of Membership Discounts

  • Members may cancel their membership at any time.
  • However, if a member cancels their membership within six (6) months of receiving or using any membership benefit, including but not limited to training discounts, event discounts, promotional offers, or other member-exclusive discounts, Safer Aesthetics Training reserves the right to reclaim the value of those discounts.
  • The reclaimed amount will be invoiced to the member and must be paid within 14 days of the invoice date.
  • By accepting and using any membership discount or benefit, the member agrees to maintain an active membership for a minimum period of six (6) months from the date the discount or benefit was applied.

  5. Membership Amendments

  • Safer Aesthetics Training reserves the right to amend membership benefits, pricing, and these Terms and Conditions at any time.
  • Members will be notified of any material changes where appropriate.

  6. Termination of Membership

  • Safer Aesthetics Training reserves the right to suspend or terminate membership without refund where a member breaches these Terms and Conditions, including but not limited to unauthorised sharing of content, misuse of membership benefits, or conduct deemed detrimental to the membership community or business.

  By purchasing and maintaining a Safer Aesthetics Membership, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
